Welcome to Burnley West Network.  My name is Dr Katie Clarke and I am the Clinical Director of the Network. 

 

This simply means that I am responsible for bringing together the incredible work of 5 local GP Practices to ensure we provide you, our patients, the most effective and positive care.  

 

The Network is committed to making patient-centred healthcare a priority by working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacies, hospitals and voluntary services.

The Burnley West Network comprises of the following GP Practices:  Burnley Group Practice, Padiham Medical Centre, Rosegrove Surgery, Ightenhill Medical Practice and Riverside Family Practice.  And supporting these practices is a team of professionals, known as the Burnley West Health and Wellbeing Team, and they can further support you to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
